Welcome to my mindfulness journey! My goal is to guide you in finding freedom from suffering and embracing a life of inner peace. Whether you're new to mindfulness or just looking to deepen your practice, I'm here to support you every step of the way. Together, we can cultivate a calm, centered mind and a more joyful life.
My earliest childhood memories are shrouded in an anxiety that left me hollow and dumbfounded. I felt sick all the time, different A LOT and uneasy often. My mom took me to a doctor who pressed on my belly for what seemed like hours then told me if I didn’t, “learn to calm down” I’d have an ulcer by age 12. That’s when mom taught me body scan meditation and I got the first relief I had ever felt from this treacherous agony. As an adult more than 15 years later, mom brought mindfulness into my life. It has served me well along all the paths I have walked and I am honored to get the chance to share my experience with you. My eternal wish for you is that you may experience an inner peace and calm you never knew existed.
